The Museum of Anatolian Civilizations in Ankara houses the largest collection of cuneiform tablets and fragments found at the Hittite capital Bo¿azköy-Hattusa. Completing the publication of the cuneiform texts from the early excavations at the site is one of the most important tasks of Turkish Hittitology. Bo¿azköy Tablets in the Museum of Anatolian Civilizations contains the first edition of 122 tablets and fragments with photographs, handwritten cuneiform copies, transliterations, and a critical catalog in the range of the museum numbers Bo 9098-Bo 9271. It marks an important milestone towards the complete documentation of the cuneiform finds from Bo¿azköy-Hattusa. The book is written in English and Turkish.
